肌皮瓣法睑袋成形术联合中面部提升治疗下睑膨出疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨肌皮瓣法睑袋成形术(Myocutaneous flap blepharoplasty,MFB)联合中面部提升法(Middle face lifting,MFL)治疗下睑膨出的疗效。方法:选取笔者医院2016年1月-2019年1月收治的84例下睑膨出患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例,对照组行MFB,观察组行MFB联合MFL,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗优良率为97.62%明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为7.14%(3/42)高于对照组的4.76%(2/42),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后SF-36量表中精神健康、情绪角色、活力以及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MFB+MFL治疗下睑膨出效果良好。Objective To explore the effect of myocutaneous flap blepharoplasty(MFB)combined with middle face lifting(MFL)on lower eyelid bulging.Methods 84 patients with lower eyelid bulging who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with MFB,and the observation group was treated with MFB and MFL.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 7.14%(3/42),the control group was 4.76%(2/42),the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The mental health,emotional role,vitality and social function scores of the SF-36 scale of the observation group after intervention were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MFB+MFL is effective in treating lower eyelid bulging.
