超分子水杨酸联合粉刺挤压术治疗轻中度痤疮疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察30%超分子水杨酸联合粉刺挤压术治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例轻中度痤疮患者随机分治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用超分子水杨酸联合1周后粉刺挤压术治疗,对照组单纯采用超分子水杨酸治疗。每两周治疗1次,4次为1个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组起效时间早于对照组,第2、3、4次治疗后的皮损评分较对照组下降较为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总疗程结束后4周随访,治疗组有效率为77.5%,对照组62.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超分子水杨酸联合1周后粉刺挤压术治疗轻中度痤疮安全有效、起效快,患者满意度更高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of 30%Supramolecular Salicylic acid combined with Acne Extrusion on mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 80 cases of mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(40 cases)and the treatment group(40 cases).The treatment group was treated with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with with acne extrusion one week later.The control group was treated with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid only,once every two weeks for totally 4 times.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The score of erythra after the second,third and fourth treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treating a month,the total effective rate of the treating group and the controlgroup is 77.5%and 62.5%,The difference between them had not statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The acne vulgaris could be fast and effectively treated by the therapy of Supramolecular Salicylic acid combined with acne extrusion,and patient get higher satisfaction.
