摘  要:透明质酸注射填充剂是目前最为广泛使用的皮肤填充剂,可以用于治疗面部细纹、褶皱或凹陷,为改善因衰老引起的容量缺失问题及重建面部年轻轮廓提供短期或长期的美容效果。本文通过解释透明质酸皮肤填充剂物理特性(流变学)及生物学特性,帮助医生更好地选择针对面部不同区域的填充剂。透明质酸皮肤填充剂流变学特性中的粘弹性和内聚力与美学效果密切相关,这两种流变学特性决定了填充剂对抵抗横向和垂直压力变形的能力,以及粘附凝胶抵抗扩散的整合能力。除此以外,透明质酸填充剂的吸水性、抗变形能力(塑形能力)和组织融合性对临床应用的影响也会在此阐述。基于皮肤填充剂的特性,为不同面部治疗区域以及不同求美需求进行个性化选择透明质酸填充剂产品是实现自然、持久美学效果的关键因素。Hyaluronic acid injectable fillers are the most widely used dermal fillers to treat facial volume deficits,providing long-term facial aesthetic enhancement outcomes for the signs of aging and/or facial contouring.The purpose of this article was to explain how rheology,the study of the flow of matter,can be used to help physicians differentiate between dermal fillers targeted to certain areas of the face.This article describes how rheological properties affect performance when filler is used in various parts of the face and exposed to mechanical stress(shear deformation and compression/stretching forces)associated with daily facial animation and other commonly occurring external forces.Improving facial volume deficits with filler is linked mainly to gel viscoelasticity and cohesivity.Those properties set the level of resistance to lateral and vertical deformations of the filler and influence filler tissue integration through control of gel spreading.Selection of dermal filler with the right rheological properties is a key factor in achieving a natural-looking long-lasting desired aesthetic outcome.
