PPDO双向锯齿线皮下埋置面部提升术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:基于面部年轻化和中面部容量缺失的矫正,评估PPDO双向锯齿线皮下埋置面部提升术的安全性、疗效以及就医者满意度。方法:随机选取50例面部轻中度松弛就医者施行PPDO双向锯齿线皮下埋置面部提升术,统计就医者满意度、评估手术安全性和临床疗效。结果:本组50例就医者术后即刻效果明显,术后6个月多数就医者(46/50,92%)效果仍明显,仅有8%的就医者效果稍减弱,均无明显并发症发生。结论:PPDO双向锯齿线皮下埋置术在面部年轻化微创治疗中效果确切,手术安全性高,术后恢复快,并发症少,疗效维持久,是一种值得推广发展的面部年轻化治疗方法。Objective Based on facial rejuvenation and correction of facial volume loss,the safety,efficacy and patient satisfaction of subcutaneous implantation of PPDO bidirectional serrated line were evaluated.Methods Randomly selected from 50 patients with facial mild-to-moderate relaxation of serrated sutures subcutaneously embedded face lift.The satisfaction of patients,evaluate the safety of operation and clinical effect were observed.Results A total of 50 patients in this group,the immediate effect was obvious in all patients.6 months after the operation of most patients(46/50,92%)the effects were still significant,only 8%of the patients slightly reduced the effects.There were no obvious complications.Conclusion PPDO bidirectional serrated line subcutaneous implantation is effective in minimally invasive treatment of facial rejuvenation,with high surgical safety,quick postoperative recovery,fewer surgical complications,and long curative effect,which is worth to be spread and develop.
