精准化护理在特重度烧伤患者休克期的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨精准化护理在特重度烧伤患者休克期的应用效果。方法:本文纳入笔者医院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的80例特重度烧伤患者,采用计算机程序生成随机数的方法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者休克期给予常规护理;观察组给予精准化护理。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、护理质量评分及护理满意度等。结果:观察组精准化护理患者并发症发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组,住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精准化护理在特重度烧伤患者休克期的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度和护理质量,降低休克期并发症发生率,促进患者尽快康复,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing in the shock stage of patients with severe burns.Methods In this study,80 patients with severe burns admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the method of computer program to generate random numbers,with 40 cases respectively.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the shock stage.The observation group was given precision nursing.The complications,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Under the two different nursing methods,the complication rate of patients in precision nursing in the observation group was 5.00%,significantly lower than that of the control group(32.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the length of stay was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision nursing in the shock stage of patients with severe burns has a significant effect,which can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of patients,reduce the incidence of complications in the shock stage,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.Therefore,it is worth promoting the application in clinical practice.
