摘　　要：目的分析宁夏2004-2018年皮肤炭疽流行病学特征,为科学制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法根据疫情资料对宁夏2004-2018年皮肤炭疽疫情三间分布进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2004-2018年宁夏共报告皮肤炭疽108例,主要以散发为主(62.96%),年平均报告发病率为0.11/10万,男性、45~59岁、农民高发,发病主要集中在7~9月份(80.56%),临床诊断比例较高(占79.63%)。结论宁夏皮肤炭疽疫情以青壮年男性农民为主,夏秋季高发。需加强卫生和农牧部门联防联控,倡导推行畜间免疫,探索建立患病牲畜赔(补)偿机制,严格动物产品检验检疫,提高监测和培训能力,做到早发现、早治疗。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of cutaneous anthrax between 2004 and 2018 in Ningxia,and to provide references for scientific formulation of prevention and control strategies.Methods According to the epidemic data,the epidemiological analysis of the distribution of skin anthrax in Ningxia from 2004 to 2018 was carried out.Results From 2004 to 2018,108 cases of skin anthrax were reported in Ningxia,mainly sporadic(62.96%),with an average annual incidence rate of 0.11/10 million.A high incidence of male,and the highest incidence was reported in the 45-59 age group,and mainly farmers.The main incidence was in July and September(80.56%).The proportion of clinical diagnosis was higher(79.63%).Conclusion The incidence of cutaneous anthrax in Ningxia mainly among young and middle-aged male farmers,with a high incidence in summer and autumn.We should strengthen the joint prevention and control of health and agriculture and animal husbandry departments,advocate the implementation of inter livestock immunization,explore the establishment of compensation(compensation)mechanism for sick livestock,strict inspection and quarantine of animal products,improve monitoring and training capabilities,and achieve early detection and early treatment.
