2011-2016年宁夏男男性行为人群艾滋病监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁夏男男性行为(MSM)人群艾滋病流行状况和相关行为信息,为制定针对MSM人群艾滋病实施有效的干预措施和防治策略提供科学依据。方法按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》要求,对2011-2016年宁夏连续6年的艾滋病MSM哨点监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2011-2016年共对2400例MSM进行监测发现,MSM人群的年龄主要分布在20~39岁,艾滋病知晓率均在90%以上。2011-2016年同性肛交坚持使用安全套的比例分别为40.8%、54.3%、50.7%、52.0%、45.3%、31.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);异性性行为坚持使用安全套的比例分别为38.0%、28.0%、17.2%、36.2%、7.2%、16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);商业同性性行为坚持使用安全套的比例分别为85.9%、77.3%、71.4%、89.3%、90.0%、85.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIV抗体阳性检出率分别为3.8%、3.0%、2.5%、4.0%、4.5%、9.0%;梅毒阳性检出率分别为7.0%、6.3%、5.5%、6.5%、5.0%、18.5%。结论 MSM人群存在知行分离现象,安全套坚持使用率较低,提示应采取适宜有效的方法及措施针对MSM人群进行干预,以有效阻断艾滋病及相关疾病在该人群中传播与流行。Objective To understand the prevalence and related behavioral information of HIV/AIDS among MSM in Ningxia,and to provide scientific evidence for making effective intervention measurements and strategies for prevention of AIDS among MSM. Methods According to the "National AIDS sentinel monitoring program implementation manual" requirements,data statistics to the MSM sentinel points monitoring data was conducted during 6 consecutive years(2011 2016)in Ningxia. Results Total of 2400 MSM were monitored during 2011 2016,mainly aged between 20-39,AIDS awareness rate was above 90%;condom using rates were 40.8%,54.3%,50.7%,52.0,45.3%,31.3% respectively for homosexual anal sex,the difference was statistically significant. The condom using rates for heterosexual sex was 38.0%,28.0%,17.2%,36.2%,7.2% , 16.7% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant. The condom using rates in commercial homosexual behavior was 85.9%,77.3%,71.4%,89.3%,90%,85.7% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant. The HIV positive antibody detection rates were 3.8%,3.0%,2.5%,4.0%,4.5%,9.0% respectively,and the positive syphilis detection rates were 7.0%,6.3%,5.5%,6.5%,5.0%,18.5% respectively. Conclusion Knowing-and-doing separation phenomenon was found among MSM group,condom using rate was relatively low,which suggests that effective methods and measurements should be taken to intervene the MSM group,and to effectively block the spread and epidemic of AIDS and related diseases among this group.
