摘 要:传统胶黏剂粘接强度、散热效果较差,无法起到保护变电站线路的效果。为了解决上述问题,对新型高分子胶粘剂在变电站线路保护的应用进行研究,分析新型高分子胶粘剂的分类及性能,探讨新型高分子胶粘剂的制备过程,从管心粘接、电路原件与基板粘接和线路封装三方面探讨效果,新型高分子胶粘剂将电路元件粘接与电路基板有效粘合到一起,稳定性高,提高了各个元件的工作效率,节省了电能消耗。结果表明,相较于传统胶黏剂,新型高分子胶粘剂的粘接强度和散热效果由显著优势,能够发挥极好的变电站线路保护作用。The traditional adhesive has poor bonding strength and heat dissipation effect,which cannot protect the substation line.In order to solve the above problems,the application of new polymer adhesives in the protection of substation lines was studied,the classification and performance of the new polymer adhesives were analyzed,and the preparation process of the new polymer adhesives was discussed.From tube core bonding,circuit originals and substrate bonding and circuit packaging,the new polymer adhesive effectively bonds the circuit components and cir⁃cuit boards together,which has high stability and improves the working efficiency of each component,and saves pow⁃er consumption.The results show that compared with traditional adhesives,the adhesive strength and heat dissipa⁃tion effect of the new polymer adhesives have significant advantages,which can play an excellent role in protecting substation lines.
