摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,物流量也随之增大,那么物流封装成为一个较大的问题。在物流自动封装箱装置中我们常用的封装胶为PUR热熔胶,主要是它在一定的温度范围内其物理状态会随着温度而有所变化,但它的化学性质却没有改变,因此也因无毒无害而广受人们的欢迎,成为当今封装胶中最为环保的一种胶类。在我们进行实际运作时一般都用的热熔胶管和热熔胶枪,送到粘结表面,待热熔胶冷却后,便完成了封装操作。除了以上的优点以外,它还具有较强的粘结强度、耐腐蚀性、耐温性和耐老性,这是由于PUR的分子结构中有极性和化学性质较为活泼的异氰酸酯基,这便导致了与像木材、织物、纸张之类的含有活泼氢的光滑表面材料具有良好的粘合力。除了要有好的材料,若所用封装设备好的话,就可以使得封装胶和粘结物更为紧密的结合,也是我们所探讨的问题之一,下面我们就从物流自动封装箱装置封装胶的设置和封装胶的耐久性进行进一步的阐述和说明。With the rapid development of China's economy,the amount of logistics also increases,so logistics pack⁃aging becomes a big problem.In the logistics automatic packaging box device,our commonly used packaging glue is pur hot-melt glue.The main reason is that its physical state will change with the temperature within a certain tem⁃perature range,but its chemical properties have not changed.Therefore,it is also widely welcomed by people be⁃cause it is non-toxic and harmless.It has become the most environmentally friendly kind of glue in today's packag⁃ing glue.In our actual operation,the hot-melt rubber tube and gun are generally used to send to the bonding surface.After the hot-melt adhesive is cooled,the packaging operation is completed.In addition to the above advantages,it also has strong bond strength,corrosion resistance,temperature resistance and aging resistance,which is due to the active isocyanate group in the molecular structure of PUR,which leads to good adhesion with smooth surface materi⁃als such as wood,fabric,paper,etc.containing active hydrogen.In addition to good materials,if the packaging equip⁃ment used is good,it can make the packaging glue and the binder more closely combined,which is also one of the problems we discussed.Next,we will further elaborate and explain the setting and durability of the packaging glue from the logistics automatic packaging box device.
