摘  要:现代建筑工程的要求越来越严苛,为了更好的满足人们的需求,需不断增加建筑设施的使用性能,改变建筑设施的固化结构,合理的使用建筑空间,及时开展综合管线的设计及布置工作。BIM技术有利于开展综合管线的布置工作,并能显著提高建筑设计质量。基于此,文章首先阐述了BIM技术和综合管线,接着分析了BIM技术在建筑工程综合管线管理过程中的应用,以期对建筑工程施工质量进行管控,促进建筑行业的健康可持续发展。The requirements of modern construction engineering are becoming more and more severe.In order to better meet people's needs,it is necessary to continuously increase the performance of building facilities,change the solidified structure of building facilities,and reasonably use building space.At the same time,the design and layout of comprehensive pipelines were carried out in a timely manner.BIM technology is conducive to the deployment of comprehensive pipelines and can significantly improve the quality of building design.Based on this,the paper first explained the BIM technology and integrated pipeline.Then it analyzes the application of BIM technology in the in⁃tegrated pipeline management of construction engineering.With a view to controlling the construction quality of construction projects and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.
