摘　　要：目的探讨前庭功能障碍患者基于微信平台的个性化康复管理效果。方法将113例前庭功能障碍患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=57)和干预组(n=56)。两组按常规治疗及护理,病情稳定后由治疗师指导行康复训练,对照组按常规进行电话随访;干预组在对照组基础上,利用微信平台开展个性化线上康复指导及管理。出院训练4周后(训练后)评价效果。结果训练后干预组平衡功能良好率及前庭康复获益得分显著优于对照组,眩晕程度得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论对前庭功能障碍患者实施基于微信平台的个性化康复管理,加强前庭康复训练的监管,可促进前庭功能恢复,改善患者眩晕症状。Objective To explore the effect of individualized vestibular rehabilitation management based on WeChat platform on patients with vestibular dysfunction.Methods A total of 113 patients with vestibular dysfunction were randomized into a control group(n=57)and an intervention group(n=56)using a random number table.The control group received routine telephone follow-up based on the rehabilitation training guided by therapist,while the intervention group additionally received individualized online rehabilitation guide and management via WeChat platform.The effect was evaluated after the intervention at home for 4 weeks.Results After the intervention,the excellent rate of balance capability and the benefit score of vestibular rehabilitation of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group,while the score of vertigo degree was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Implementation of the individualized vestibular rehabilitation management based on WeChat platform for patients with vestibular dysfunction,and strengthen the monitoring of vestibular rehabilitation,can enhance the recovery of vestibular function and alleviate patients′symptom of vertigo.
