摘 要:石膏溶解是氨-水-石膏固碳反应过程的控制步骤。以石膏圆盘为研究对象,实验探究了二氧化碳气速、搅拌转数、氨的质量分数对石膏溶解特性的影响。研究结果表明:增大氨的质量分数会抑制石膏的溶解,增大二氧化碳气速和搅拌转数均会促进石膏的溶解。同等倍数改变反应条件时,二氧化碳气速是影响石膏溶解速率的最敏感条件,当二氧化碳气速增大1. 5倍,石膏溶解速率常数可增大63. 5%。可见,二氧化碳气速是调控氨-水-石膏固碳反应过程的关键参数。Gypsum dissolution is the controlling step in the ammonia-water-gypsum reaction process for carbon sequestration.The effects of gas velocity of carbon dioxide,stirring revolution and ammonia mass fraction on the dissolution of gypsum were investigated.The results showed that the dissolution of gypsum reduced with increase of the mass fraction of ammonia,while the dissolution of gypsum accelerated with increase of the gas velocity of carbon dioxide and stirring revolution.could.When the reaction conditions were changed by the same multiple,the gas velocity of carbon dioxide was the most sensitive condition to affect the dissolution rate of gypsum.When the gas velocity of carbon dioxide increased to 1.5 times,the dissolution rate constant of gypsum increased by 63.5%.It can be seen that gas velocity of carbon dioxide was the key parameter to regulate the reaction process of ammonia-water-gypsum system for carbon sequestration.
