摘  要:介绍混炼功率曲线在控制和改善洗模胶混炼质量方面的应用。混炼功率曲线除可用来查看捏炼机在混炼洗模胶时的功率消耗、可显示混炼各阶段的情况外,还能在一定程度上表征混炼胶料及助剂的分散效果。通过分析功率曲线,可改进混炼工艺。结合洗模胶成品使用效果,指导混炼工艺,降低混炼成本。The article introduced the application of the mixing power curve in control and improve mixing quality of mold cleaning rubber.Mixing power curves can be used to view the power consumption of the kneading machine in mixing mold cleaning rubber,and to display the mixing stages of progress,but also to a certain extent,to characteristic the dispersion effect of the rubber materials and additives.Through the analysis of power curve,the feeding amount,the mixing processe can be improved.Combined the use effect of mold cleaning rubber products,the mixing process can be guided,the cost of the mixing is reduced.
