摘 要:探讨了二甲基黄褪色光度法的最佳实验条件,测定了几种加碘食盐中微量碘的含量。最优实验条件是:最大吸收波长是510 nm,硫酸用量是2. 50 mL,二甲基黄用量是6. 00 mL,溴酸钾用量是2. 00 mL。碘含量测定的结果与产品说明的范围吻合,表明测定方法是可信的。This paper aimed to explore the best experimental conditions for the fading spectrophotometry of dimethylyellow and determine the content of trace iodine in some iodized salt.The experimental results show that the optimal experimental conditions are:the maximum absorption wavelength is 510 nm,the dosage of sulfuric acid is 2.50 mL,the dosage of dimethylyellow is 6.00 mL,the dosage of potassium bromate is 2.00 mL.The determination of iodine content in salt in this work can give accurate results,which are consistent with the range of product descriptions,indicating that the method is reliable.
