摘　　要：本文通过利用Incopat专利检索和专利信息分析系统,结合国家知识产权局和中国农业大学官方网站对中国农业大学的专利数据进行统计分析,从专利的许可、转让、质押及获得中国专利奖情况等多个角度进行研究。在掌握中国农业大学专利相关的整体状况的基础上,梳理专利现状,提出相应建议,为今后中国农业大学提高科技创新能力、制定科研战略及加强专利运营等方面提供参考。This article uses the Incopat patent search and patent information analysis system,combined with the State Intellectual Property Office and the official website of the China Agricultural University,to statistically analyze the patent data of the China Agricultural University,and research from various angles including licensing,transfer,pledge of patent and obtaining Chinese patent awards and so on.On the basis of grasping the overall status of patents of China Agricultural University,sorting out the current status of patents,and putting forward corresponding suggestions,it helps to provide references for China Agricultural University to improve scientific and technological innovation capabilities,formulate scientific research strategies,and strengthen patent operations.
