企业突发环境应急预案工作主要问题及管控建议

摘　　要：近年来我国突发环境事件频发,环境风险日益突出,突发环境事件发生后对周边生态环境与生命财产安全产生了不同程度的影响。为尽可能减少突发环境事件,规范应急预案工作,本文以实际经验和核查为例,分析当前突发环境应急预案工作存在的主要问题的基础,并提出了处理好突发环境应急预案的管控建议。In recent years,environmental emergencies occur frequently in China,and environmental risks become increasingly prominent.After the occurrence of environmental emergencies,it has different degrees of impact on the surrounding ecological environment and the safety of life and property.In order to reduce environmental emergencies as much as possible and standardize the work of emergency response plan,this paper takes practical experience and verification as an example,analyzes the basis of the main problems existing in the work of emergency response plan,and puts forward management and control suggestions for dealing with the emergency response plan.
