摘　　要：目的研究昆山市男男性行为人群(MSM)新确证HIV感染者首次性行为特征与社会人口学特征、艾滋病相关高危行为的关系,为感染者的管理和行为干预提供指导。方法选择昆山市2016年8月至2018年9月MSM新确证HIV感染者,以面对面问卷调查的方法收集资料,采用单因素、多因素分析方法对首次性行为特征影响因素进行分析。结果204例研究对象的平均年龄为(32.92±9.54)岁,43.14%被调查者发生首次性行为时性伴性别为男性,91.67%被调查者近6个月内曾发生男男同性性行为。首次性行为性伴性别与年龄、文化程度等社会人口学特征有关(P<0.01)。首次性行为性伴为男性者更可能与男性发生一夜情、性角色更倾向于被插入为主(P<0.05);首次性行为性伴为女性者更可能发生婚外异性性行为、近6个月与女性发生性关系,拥有更多的女性性伴,近6个月安全套使用率更低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论昆山市MSM新确证HIV感染者首次性行为特征与社会人口学特征、艾滋病高危行为相关。Objective To study the association between first sexual characteristics and sociodemographic characteristics and HIV related sexual risk behaviors among men who have sex with men(MSM)with newly confirmed HIV positive,so as to provide the guidance for patient management and behavior intervention on MSM HIV infected persons.Methods A total of 204 MSM newly confirmed HIV infectors were included between August 2016 and September 2018.A face-to-face questionnaire interview was administered by trained medical staff to survey sociodemographic information and HIV related sexual risk behaviors.Univariate and multivariable logistic regression model were applied for statistics.Results The average age of 204 participants was 32.92±9.54 years,and 43.14%of them reported had their first sex with a man,91.67%of them reported had anal sex with man in the last 6 months.Sex of first sexual debut partner was found to be associated with age,education level,marital status and sex-finding venues(P<0.01).Sex debut with men was associated with more one night stand practices and more likely to participated in receptive anal sex(P<0.05).Sexual debut with women was associated with more recent vaginal sex,more lifetime female partners,and more recent condomless sex practice(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The first sexual characteristics of Kunshan MSM with newly confirmed HIV positive are associated with sociodemographic characteristics and HIV related sexual risk behaviors.
