摘　　要：目的了解某小学1起流行性感冒暴发疫情的原因和特点,总结学校流感防控经验。方法采用现场流行病学调查和实验室检测方法,对该起流行性感冒暴发疫情进行调查分析。结果2017年12月14~18日,该学校共报告25例流感样病例,均为学生,无住院及重症病例,学生罹患率为2.36%(25/1059)。男女罹患率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同班级间罹患率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。采集患者咽拭子标本10份,分离到乙型(Yamagata)流感病毒6株,阳性率为60.00%。结论此为1起由乙型Yamagata亚型流感病毒引起的流感暴发。Objective To understand the causes and characteristics of an influenza outbreak in a primary school,and summarize the experience of influenza prevention and control in the school.Methods Field epidemiological investigation and laboratory technology were performed to investigate and analyze the influenza outbreak.Results From December 14,2017 to December 182017,25 cases of influenza like illness were reported in the school,all of them were students,without hospitalization and severe cases,and the attack rate was 2.36%(25/1059).Difference in prevalence between males and females was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Difference between different grades of attack rate was statistically significant(P<0.01).A total of 10 samples of the nasopharyngeal swabs were collected and 6 strains of influenza B(yamagata)viruses were isolated and identified,with the positive rate of 60%.Conclusion This is an influenza outbreak caused by influenza virus subtype B Yamagata.
