摘　　要：目的了解济南市部分高校学生对艾滋病相关知识的认知情况、行为及艾滋病(HIV)/梅毒、丙肝(HCV)病毒感染状况,为制定学生艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法依照全国艾滋病哨点监测工作方案,对济南市部分高校在读学生进行问卷调查及血液采集。结果2018~2019年共监测学生1600人,纳入调查学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率为80.81%(1293/1600),2年分别为69.63%(557/800)、92.00%(736/800),呈上升趋势(P<0.01);学生中发生过性行为的比例为17.81%(285/1600),2年依次为13.38%(107/800)、22.25%(178/800),呈增长趋势(P<0.01);男生发生性行为的比例高于女生(P<0.01);男生(OR=0.74)、大学学历(OR=0.28)和接受过艾滋病宣传(OR=2.76)的学生相关知识知晓率较高(P<0.01);HIV和梅毒抗体阳性检出率为0.00%,HCV抗体阳性检出率为0.06%。结论济南市部分高校学生对艾滋病相关知识掌握较好,但仍存在盲区,学生中仍存在不安全性行为。Objective To understand the awareness level on AIDS and related behaviors of some college students in Jinan city,and investigate infection prevalence of HIV,syphilis and hepatitis C virus(HCV) among this group,so as to provide evidence for the development of AIDS prevention and control strategies for students. Methods Based on the national HIV sentinel surveillance protocol of China,questionnaire survey and blood test were conducted on college students in Jinan city. Results A total of 1 600 students were investigated from 2018 to 2019.The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge among students surveyed was 80.81%(1 293/1 600),with 69.63%(557/800) and 92.00%(736/800) respectively in 2018 and 2019,representing an upward trend(P<0.01).17.81%(285/1 600) students had sex,increasing(P<0.01) from 13.38%(107/800) to 22.25%(178/800) in 2019.More male students had sex than female students(P<0.01).There was higher(P<0.01) awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among male students(OR=0.74),bachelor degree candidates(OR=0.28) and those who had previously received HIV and AIDS information(OR=2.76).The positive detection rate of HIV and syphilis antibody was 0.00%,and the positive detection rate of HCV antibody was 0.06%. Conclusion Young college students surveyed in Jinan city have a relatively good grasp of AIDS-related knowledge,but there are still blind spots.Also there are unsafe sex among students.
