摘　　要：目的分析济南市学生艾滋病疫情流行特征,为制定科学的防控策略提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学统计方法对2014~2019年济南市≥15岁学生HIV感染者/AIDS病人数据资料进行分析。结果2014~2019年济南市共报告学生HIV/AIDS病例194例,学生占发现病例数的9.17%(194/2116),其中HIV感染者占95.88%(186/194),AIDS病人占4.12%(8/194),性别比为96∶1(192/2),平均年龄为(20.80±2.06)岁,大专及以上占学历占91.24%(177/194);同性传播占96.39%(187/194),异性传播占3.61%(7/194);本市户籍占13.92%(27/194),外地户籍占86.08%(167/194);样本来源以检测咨询为主,占56.19%(109/194)。结论济南市学生艾滋病多发于20~24岁大专及以上学历的男男性接触者人群。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among students in Jinan city,so as to provide the basis for formulating scientific prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive statistical method was employed to analyze the data of HIV/AIDS cases among students aged≥15 years old in Jinan city during 2014-2019.Results A total of 194 HIV/AIDS cases were reported among students in Jinan city,accounting for 9.17%(194/2116)of the total HIV/AIDS cases reported.Among the students cases,95.88%(186/194)had asymptomatic HIV infections and 4.12%(8/194)were AIDS patients,male/female was 96:1(192/2),the average age was(20.80±2.06)years old,college degree or above accounted for 91.24%(177/194);96.39%(187/194)was homosexual transmission,while 3.61%(7/194)was heterosexual transmission;13.92%(27/194)were native population,while 86.08%(167/194)were floating population.Cases mainly were founded by counselling and testing,which accounted for 56.19%(109/194).Conclusion The prevalence of HIV/AIDS among students is mainly MSM group aged 20-24 with college degree or above.
