摘　　要：大数据开启了一次时代转型,为全面提升高校基层党组织建设科学化水平带来前所未有的机遇,特别是带来先进的技术支撑和工作理念;同时也带来隐私泄露、大数据主义、数字鸿沟、数据孤岛、数据割据和大数据技术异化等严峻挑战。结合大数据时代高校基层党组织建设的具体状况,高等院校必须采取有针对性的策略以规避大数据技术的缺陷,全面提升高校基层党组织建设科学化水平。Big data has realized an era transformation,which has brought opportunities for improving the level of constructing scientific university’s primary Party organizations,especially for advanced technical support and working ideas.However,it has also brought serious challenges such as privacy disclosure,big data-ism,digital divide,data isolated island,data segmentation and big data technology’s alienation,etc.To combinethe specific situation of scientific construction of university’s primary party organizationswith the specific challenges brought by big data,targeted strategies must be adopted to avoid the limits of the challenges in order to continuously improve the level of scientific construction of university’s primary party organizations.
