摘 要:传输线是柔性印刷电路板上实现高频信号传输的关键部分,由于传输电磁环境复杂,易受高频效应、串扰和力学应变的影响,传统传输线结构已经无法满足高频高速信号传输的需求,需要新型传输线结构来满足柔性化、集成化和低损耗的设计要求。本文对目前高频传输线的结构进行了总结,分析了三种新型传输线,具有微带线和矩形波导两种工作模式的超宽带互连选择性传输线(MSTL);通过紧密耦合方式的柔性电路的引导互连(GI);改进半波长谐振器电磁连接的分段共面波导(SCPW)。针对不同的应用领域,分析了相应传输线的工作频段、眼图、串扰、损耗和S参数等相关参数,展望了柔性印刷电路板载高频传输线的发展方向。Printed transmission line,as the key part of flexible circuit boards for realizing high frequency signal transmission,is vulnerable to high frequency effect,crosstalk and mechanical strain due to the complex transmission electromagnetic environment.Traditional transmission line structure cannot meet the needs of high-frequency and high-speed signal transmission.As a result,new structures are necessary to achieve design requirements of flexibility,integration and low loss.This article summarizes current structures of high-frequency transmission lines.Three new transmission lines are then analyzed,namely,ultra-wideband interconnect selective transmission lines(MSTL)with microstrip and rectangular waveguide modes,guided interconnection(GI)through tight coupling for flexible circuits,and segmented coplanar waveguide(SCPW)with improved half-wavelength resonator electromagnetic connection.According to different application fields,operating frequency band,eye chart,crosstalk,loss and S parameters of the corresponding transmission lines are analyzed.Finally,development direction of high-frequency transmission line on flexible printed circuit board is prospected.
