摘  要:针对当前无损检测(NDT)与结构健康监测(SHM)领域需要大设备、有线传输以及人工参与检测等问题,研究了基于共面波导(CPW)的抗金属天线和金属缺陷传感天线。通过改变传统蝶形贴片结构和引入短路孔方法,实现了能够适应金属环境的沙漏型天线。采用矩形开槽技术改进沙漏型天线接地面,改进型天线可对金属表面平滑缺陷深度扩展有效监测。仿真结果表明,沙漏型天线具有良好的抗金属性,在916.2 MHz处回波损耗低至-43 dB。改进型缺陷传感器天线谐振频率随金属表面缺陷深度的增加向低频移动。该研究对金属结构健康无线无损监测具有重要参考价值。To solve the problems of large equipment,wired transmission,manual detection in non-destructive testing(NDT)and structural health monitoring(SHM),anti-metal antenna and metal-defect sensing antenna are studied based on coplanar waveguide(CPW).An hourglass antenna that can adapt to the metal environment was realized by changing the traditional butterfly patch structure and introducing the short-circuit hole method.The rectangular slotted technology was used to improve the ground plane of the hourglass antenna.The improved antenna can effectively monitor the depth extension of smooth defects on the metal surface.According to simulation results,the hourglass antenna has good anti-metal properties,and the return loss is as low as-43 dB at 916.2 MHz.The resonance frequency of the improved defect sensor antenna shifts to low frequency as the depth of the metal surface defect increases.This research has important reference value for wireless non-destructive monitoring of metal structure health.
