摘　　要：目的探讨基于标准化“现状-背景-评估-建议”(situation,background,assessment,recommendation,SBAR)沟通模式下设计的精神科无抽搐电痉挛治疗(modified electroconvulsive therapy,MECT)护理交接记录单的应用效果.方法采用随机抽样法,抽取186例在某院精神科进行MECT的患者作为研究对象,将2018年3月-5月进行治疗的93例患者作为试验组,将2017年9月-11月进行治疗的93例患者作为对照组.试验组采用自行设计的SBAR模式下MECT护理交接记录单进行交接,对照组采用传统的交接模式.比较两组治疗前交接时间、治疗后交接时间、交接问题发生率.结果运用SBAR模式下MECT护理交接记录单后,两组治疗前交接时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组、对照组的治疗后交接时间分别为(43.68±6.41)s、(41.18±6.19)s,试验组、对照组的交接问题发生率分别为8.6%、22.6%.结论应用基于SBAR模式下的MECT护理交接记录单,降低了交接问题发生率.Objective To explore the application effects of nursing handover checklist of MECT(Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy)based on standard communication model(current situation-background-assessment-suggestion,SBAR).Methods A random sampling was adopted to select 186 patients treated with MECT in a hospital as study subjects,in which 93 patients treated from September to November in 2017 were in a control group(n=93),and 93 patients from March to May in 2018 were in an experimental group(n=93).In the experimental group,the self-design nursing handover checklist of MECT based on SBAR was utilized,while the control group used the traditional handover model.The handover time of pre and post-treatment,the incidence of handover problems and staff’s satisfaction level towards the handover record checklist were used to measure the results.Results There is no significant difference in handover time of pre-treatment with MECT handover record under SBAR mode.The treatment time have lengthened 2 seconds;the incidence of handover problems dropped from 22.6%to 8.6%.Conclusion This self-design nursing handover checklist of MECT based on SBAR can smooth the whole treatment process,and reduce problems of handover.
