我国地市级以上护理学会专科护士培训的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查我国地市级以上护理学会专科护士的培训现状,为更好地开展专科护士培训提供参考依据.方法采用方便抽样,对全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的88个护理学会开展的241个专科护士培训项目进行问卷调查.结果专科护士培训项目类别主要包括重症监护35个(14.5%)、静脉治疗27个(11.2%)、急诊21个(8.7%)、手术室21个(8.7%);专科护士培训的准入条件:154个(63.9%)项目要求大专及以上学历,41个(17.0%)项目要求本科及以上学历,46个(19.1%)项目无学历要求;68个(28.2%)项目无工作年限要求,92个(38.2%)项目无专科岗位工作年限要求;89个(36.9%)项目培训时间为5~8周,69个(28.7%)项目培训时间为9~12周;145个(60.2%)项目培训教材采用电子讲义,19个(7.9%)项目无教材;151个(62.7%)项目未开展专科护士再认证.结论我国地市级以上护理学会的专科护士培训在准入条件、课程设置、培训教材及再认证方面有待进一步规范和统一.Objective To explore the status of training of specialized nurses developed by nursing associations at all levels in China,in order to provide references for conducting better specialized nurse training.Methods Totally 241 training programs on specialized nurses carried out by 88 nursing associations in China from 31 provinces and cities as well as autonomous regions were enrolled using convenience sampling method and were investigated using a questionnaire.Results The types of specialist nurse training programs mainly included intensive care(35,14.5%),intravenous therapy(27,11.2%),emergency nursing(21,8.7%),operating room nursing(21,8.7%).Admission conditions for specialist nurse training:154 programs(63.9%)required a college degree;41(17%)required a bachelor’s degree or above;46(19.1%)had no academic qualification requirements;68(28.2%)had no requirement of working years;92(38.2%)had no requirement of working years in specialist positions.89(36.9%)lasted for 5~8 weeks of training time;69(28.7%)lasted for 9~12 weeks.145(60.2%)used electronic teaching materials,and 19(7.9%)had no teaching materials.151(62.7%)did not carry out re-certification.Conclusion Qualification requirements,course design,training materials and re-certification for specialized nurse training from nursing associations at all levels in China should be unified and standardized.
