摘 要:目的:提高飞行护士空中救护能力,构建空中救护核心知识体系.方法:采用自行改良设计的调查问卷,选取4位临床护理专家,3位临床医学专家,3位飞行管理专家进行德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法调查.结果:专家熟悉系数(Cs) 0.835,判断系数(Ca) 0.856,权威系数(Cr) 0.725,问卷Cronbach'sα系数为0.975,内容效度指数为0.924.经过两轮专家函询,最终确立了飞行护士空中救护核心知识体系,包含一级指标6条,二级指标23条,三级指标65条.结论:飞行护士空中救护核心知识体系的构建,可优化飞行护士的能力评价、培训、考核、选拔等各项标准,对于提升飞行护士综合水平,接受系统化、规范化的培训具有积极作用.Objective: To improve the air rescue ability of flight nurse, and to develop the core-knowledge system for the air rescue of flight nurse. Methods: Totally 4 clinical nursing experts, 3 clinical medical experts and 3 flight management experts were investigated by self-designed questionnaire using Delphi expert consultation method. Results: Expert familiar coefficient(Cs) was 0.835. The judgment coefficient(Ca) was 0.856. The authority coefficient(Cr) was 0.725.The questionnaire Cronbach’s α was 0.975 and validity analysis was 0.924. After two rounds of expert consultation, the coreknowledge system of air rescue for flight nurse was finally established, including 6 first-level indicators, 23 second-level indicators and 65 third-level indicators. Conclusion: A scientific and effective core knowledge system of air rescue for flight nurse has been established. The results could provide references for core competence evaluation, training, assessment, and access for flight nurse.
