摘　　要：为了使手术室信息系统建设科学、高效,确保医疗安全、提升管理水平,我科室从2014年开始设立手术室信息护士岗位,通过明确任职条件、岗位职责,制定相应管理制度、考核办法等,逐渐探索出以手术室信息护士为主导、与技术人员密切合作的信息系统功能设计及开发模式.自设立信息护士岗位后,护士在信息系统使用满意度方面达到96%,我科室陆续设计、开发、上线信息系统6项,有效提高管理水平,获得广泛认可.由此可见,信息护士岗位的设立对于手术室信息化建设具有积极推动作用.In order to improve the efficiency of the information system of operating room, ensure medical safety and improve management level, the informatics nurse position has been set in our operating room since 2014. Through defining the working contents and responsibilities, formulating corresponding management and evaluation system, we gradually explore the informatics nurse’s leading role in operating room, the function design and development mode of information system closely cooperated by technicians. Since the establishment of information nurse role, the satisfaction of operating room nurses in using information system has reached 96%. Our department has successively designed, developed and launched six information systems. Therefore, the establishment of informatics nurse position plays an active role in promoting the construction of operating room informatization.
