摘　　要：本文概述了欣赏式探询的概念、内涵、原则及其在国外护理管理中的应用,并在此基础上对我国的护理管理模式提出变革建议,旨在为我国护理组织管理的变革和发展提供理论和方法的参考.This paper summarized the concept,connotation and principle of Appreciative Inquiry and its application in nursing management.On this basis,it puts forward change proposals for the nursing management model and aims to provide a reference for the theory and method of change and development of nursing organization management in China.
