摘 要:目的:调查心血管专科护士职业生涯成功状态并分析其影响因素.方法:采用中文版职业生涯成功量表对298名心血管专科护士进行调查.结果:心血管专科护士职业生涯成功总分为(32.25±6.59)分.多元回归分析显示工作岗位、收入满意度、承担专科护士教育培训工作与主持过继续教育项目是其职业生涯成功得分的影响因素.结论:心血管专科护士职业生涯成功状态有待提高,建议护理管理者逐步建立健全心血管专科护士的专职化岗位管理体系,提升其专业自主性水平和工作积极性.Objective: To investigate the career success and the related factors of cardiovascular specialized nurses. Methods: A survey was conducted in 298 cardiovascular specialized nurses by using the Chinese version of Career Success Scale(CCSS). Results: The total score of the CCSS was 32.25±6.59. Multivariate regression analysis showed that job position, salary satisfaction, with experience in undertaking specialist nurse education and training programme and continue education programme were the independent influencing factors of career success. Conclusion: The career success of cardiovascular specialized nurses need improvement. It is suggested that the establishment and improvement of proprietary management system for cardiovascular specialist nurses, better professional autonomy are benefit to stimulate the work enthusiasm.
