摘 要:转基因大豆已在世界范围内广泛种植,新品种在商品化之前必须进行安全评价,而转基因作物对农田生物多样性影响是转基因作物安全评价的必要环节。本研究通过大田试验,以非转基因大豆HC-3为对照,比较喷施清水及除草剂的转g10-epsps基因耐除草剂大豆ZUTS-33对大豆田间节肢动物多样性、主要病害发生、根瘤菌数量及主要杂草发生的影响。结果显示,与非转基因大豆HC-3相比,转基因大豆ZUTS-33田间节肢动物多样性指数(Shannon-wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数、Simpson优势度指数、每百株虫口数及主要节肢动物种群动态)无显著差异,主要病害发病率和病情指数无显著差异,大豆根瘤菌数无显著差异,大豆田杂草物种数、杂草密度无显著差异;与非转基因大豆HC-3及喷施清水的转基因大豆ZUTS-33相比,喷施除草剂的转基因大豆ZUTS-33,主要病害发生及根瘤菌数无显著差异,节肢动物多样性有短暂影响,杂草物种数及密度显著降低。Genetically modified soybeans have been widely used in the world.New varieties must be evaluated for biosafety before commercialization,while the impact of genetically modified crops on farmland biodiversity is one of the necessary steps.In this study,field experiments were conducted using non-transgenic soybean HC-3 as a control,and comparing of g10-epsps gene herbicide-resistant soybean ZUTS-33 sprayed with water and herbicides on field arthropod diversity,major disease occurrence,the number of nodule and the impact of major weeds.The results showed that compared with the non-transgenic soybean HC-3,the ZUTS-33 field arthropod diversity indexes(Shannonwiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index,Simpson dominance index,per 100 insect population and major arthropods animal population dynamics)were no significant difference,and there were no significant difference in the incidence of disease and disease index,in the number of soybean nodule and weed density in soybean fields.Comparing to non-transgenic soybean HC-3 and transgenic soybean ZUTS-33 with water,there was no significant difference in the occurrence of major diseases and the number of nodule in transgenic soybean ZUTS-33 spraying herbicides.The diversity of arthropods had been affected in a short term,and the number and density of weeds decreased significantly.
