摘　　要：目的探究储尿症状的改善对良性前列腺增生患者生活质量评分(QoL)的影响。方法收集494例经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术患者的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和5项研究的QoL评分;围术期的指标,包括年龄、身高、体重、血糖、血压、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(Neu)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、前列腺的体积,术后3个月IPSS评分和QoL评分。结果494例患者术后IPSS评分均有改善,IPSS1、IPSS2、IPSS4、IPSS7对QoL的降低均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对QoL的影响而言,储尿症状大于排尿症状。术后储尿症状的改善是QoL评分降低的重要因素。Objective To investigate the effect of improved urine storage symptom on quality of life(QoL)score in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods The International Prostatic Symptom score(IPSS)of 494 BPH patients treated with transurethral plasma bipolar electrotomy and QoL score of 5 studies were collected.Perioperative indicators were also analyzed,including age,height,weight,blood glucose,blood pressure,hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEU),prostate specific antigen(PSA),volume of prostate,IPSS and QoL score 3 months after surgery.Results The postoperative IPSS of all 494 patients improved.IPSS1,IPSS2,IPSS4 and IPSS7 had significant effect on the reduction of QoL score(P<0.001).Conclusion The urine storage symptom has greater effect on QoL than urination symptom.Improved urine storage symptom is an important factor in the reduction of QoL score.
