摘  要:采用MATLAB软件编写优化程序,得出协调整车平顺性和操纵稳定性的前钢板弹簧匹配优化结果,减少了设计过程中的盲目性,提高了设计效率。优化结果表明,优化后的车身侧倾角比优化前大0.029°,而优化后的加权加速度均方根值比优化前小0.097 m/s^2,从而可知优化后汽车平顺性得到明显提高,操纵稳定性可以通过横向稳定杆加以协调,为同款重型牵引车的设计提供依据。Based on MATLAB software,the optimization program is conducted and the front leaf spring matching optimization is finally obtained that coordinates vehicle smoothness and operating stability,reducing the blindness in design process and improving the design efficiencygreatly.The optimization results show that the optimized vehicle body side angle is 0.029°larger than that before optimization,and the optimized weighted root mean square value of acceleration is 0.097 m/s^2 smaller than that before optimization,so it can be known that the vehicle smoothness is significantly improved after optimization,and the operating stability can be coordinated through the horizontal stabilizer bar,providing a basis for the design of the same type of heavy tractor.
