基于轻量化转型的高职学报融合出版业务流程研究

摘　　要：为促进高职学报深化改革,提高融合出版能力,文章在梳理现行编辑出版业务流程的基础上分析了存在的问题,设计了一种包括内容研发、协同编辑、发布推广、内容管理、用户反馈等模块在内的高职学报融合出版业务流程,并提出该流程实施的思路:构建多元反馈机制,实现三层闭环管理;优化价值链主要环节,形成期刊品牌优势;构建多方协同机制,保障多元开发效率;提高编辑跨媒介素养,打造融合出版团队。In order to promote the deepening reform of vocational college journals and improve the ability of integrated publishing,this paper analyzes the existing problems on the basis of current editing and publishing business process,and designs a business process of integrated publishing of vocational college journals,which includes content research and development,collaborative editing,publishing and promotion,content management,user feedback and other modules,in order to realize the lightweight transformation of integrated publishing of vocational college journals.The paper also illustrates how to implement the process:to build a multi-feedback mechanism to achieve three-level closed-loop management;to optimize the main links of the value chain to form a brand advantage of the journal;to build a multi-party coordination mechanism to ensure the efficiency of multi-dimensional development;to improve the cross-media literacy of editors and build an integrated publishing team.
