摘　　要：泌尿腔镜手术在手术过程中应用冲洗液持续冲洗是不可缺少的手术步骤,其目的是为手术提供清晰的视野,而冲洗液的温度变化将会对患者术中及术后并发症的发生率造成直接影响。本研究主要是探讨对手术中或手术后冲洗液加温的意义,各种冲洗液的加温方法在临床上的应用情况及对作者单位自行研发的微波加热装置的展望。It is an indispensable procedure to use the continuous washing liquid in the operation of urological endoscopic surgery.Its purpose is to provide a clear surgical field of vision,and the temperature change of the washing liquid will affect the incidence of complications during and after the operation.The purpose of this study is to explore the significance of heating the flushing fluid during or after operation,the clinical application of various methods of heating the flushing fluid and the prospect of the microwave heating device developed by the author's unit.
