不同土豆用法对治疗患者液体外渗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究不同土豆用法对静脉输液中液体渗出的治疗效果差异。方法收集我科近两年用土豆治疗液体渗出的患者,根据土豆的用法分为2组(A组:土豆片组;B组:土豆泥组),统计分析2组治疗效果以及肿胀消退时间。结果 2组患者基线资料没有明显差异,P>0.05。2组的治疗效果(P=0.026)以及肿胀消退时间(A组:8.41±6.86 VS B组:3.89±3.81,P=0.002)均有统计学差异。结论在应用土豆治疗液体渗出的过程中,土豆泥优于土豆片。Objective To study the effect of different usages of potato to cure infusion extravasation.Methods Collect the patients with infusion in recent 2 year in our unit.According to the usage,we divided them into two different groups(A:potato slice group,B:mashed potato group)to observe the the treatment effect.Results the baseline of two group has no evident difference,the effect and the time of heal have a significant difference.Conclusion mashed potato is better than potato slice on treating infusion extravasation.
