摘　　要：目的探讨预防双腔末端瓣膜式Power PICC堵塞的护理措施。方法建立可视化封管模型规范封管方法、预防性护理、加强患者管道知识宣教。结果 24例置管患者无出现导管完全堵塞,仅1例患者出现部分堵管。结论建立可视化封管模型规范封管方法、预防性护理、加强管道知识宣教能更好的预防双腔末端瓣膜式Power PICC堵塞。Objective To explore the Nursing measures of To prevent double cavity valve PICC type Power plug jam.Methods to establish visual seal tube model specification pipe sealing methods,preventive nursing knowledge education,strengthen pipeline.Results 24 patients with catheter were no catheter completely blocked,only 1 case with partial wall tube.Conclusion visualization seal tube model specifications sealing tube method,preventive nursing knowledge education,strengthening the pipeline can prevent double cavity end valve type high pressure injection via peripheral vein in central venous catheter jam.
