摘　　要：目的探讨一例类风湿关节炎(RA)并发下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者的个案护理。方法明确患者护理重难点问题,设置护理目标,采取相应护理措施后进行及时的效果评价。结果患者住院期间护理目标均达成。结论RA并发DVT患者尤其应注意防止术后并发症,关节康复护理是住院护理的重点,培养患者康复意识能延缓关节畸形的发展,减轻关节疼痛,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing of a case of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)complicated with deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods to clarify the key and difficult points of patients'nursing,set up nursing objectives,and take corresponding nursing measures to evaluate the effect in time.Results all the nursing goals were achieved.Conclusion Patients with RA complicated with DVT should pay special attention to prevent postoperative complications.Joint rehabilitation nursing is the key point of inpatient nursing.Training patients'rehabilitation consciousness can delay the development of joint deformity,reduce joint pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
