摘　　要：为提高城镇内涝防治系统的规划、建设和管理水平,规范内涝防治系统数学模型的构建和应用,中国工程建设标准化协会组织编制了《城镇内涝防治系统数学模型构建和应用规程》,确定了城镇内涝防治系统数学模型分类、构建和应用流程,对模型构建和测试、参数率定和模型验证、模型应用和维护、成果编制和模型验收等关键步骤进行了说明。In order to increase the planning,construction,operation and management of urban flooding prevention and control system,standardize the construction and application of mathematical model of urban flooding prevention and control system,Technical specification for construction and application of mathematical model of urbanf looding prevention and control system was compiled,in which the classification,the procedures of construction and application were determined.The construction and model testing,parameter calibration and model validation,model application and management,results preparation and model acceptance check are explained and discussed.
