摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像在儿童肺静脉异位引流(APVD)中的应用价值。方法选取郑州大学附属儿童医院2018-03至2019-03月收治的经CT血管造影确诊71例APVD儿童,分析64层螺旋CT血管成像在APVD儿童诊断情况(合并症及引流部位)。结果64层螺旋CT血管成像检出率为92.96%,合并肺动脉畸形检出率为90.91%,合并间隔缺损检出率为95.45%,合并主动脉畸形检出率为90.91%,合并动脉导管未闭检出率为90.91%,合并瓣膜疾病检出率为93.75%;引流部位中检出率为92.96%。结论64层螺旋CT血管成像诊断儿童APVD时,具有诊断率高、安全性好且无创性等优势,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the value of 64 slice spiral CT angiography in children with anomalous pulmonary venous drainage(APVD).Method 71 children with APVD diagnosed by CT angiography from March 2018 to March 2019 in children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were selected to analyze the diagnosis of 64 slice spiral CT angiography in children with APVD(complications and drainage sites).Result The diagnostic rate of 64 slice spiral CT angiography was 92.96%,with pulmonary artery malformation 90.91%,with septal defect 95.45%,with aortic malformation 90.91%,with patent ductus arteriosus 90.91%,with valvular disease 93.75%,and in the drainage site 92.96%.Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT angiography has the advantages of high diagnostic rate,good safety and noninvasive in the diagnosis of APVD in children,which is worth popularizing.
