不同病变血管的急性冠状动脉综合征患者心电图临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同病变血管的急性冠状动脉综合征患者心电图。方法选取大连市第三人民医院2018年3月至2019年1月收治40例急性冠状动脉综合征患者,左主干闭塞或高度狭窄患者18例,左前降支病变患者22例。40例患者进行心电图检查,观察不同病变血管的急性冠状动脉综合征患者心电图分布。结果左主干闭塞或高度狭窄患者的心电图Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V2、V3、V4、V5及V6与左前降支病变患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同血管病变急性冠状动脉综合征患者的心电图之间存在差异,临床医务人员可依据患者的检查情况,判断病情及制订疾病治疗方案。Objective To explore the electrocardiograms of patients with acute coronary syndrome with different pathological vessels.Method From March 2018 to January 2019,The Third People's Hospital of Dalian was selected to treat 40 patients with acute coronary syndrome,18 patients with left main artery occlusion or high stenosis and 22 patients with left anterior descending branch disease.ECG of 40 patients with acute coronary syndrome with different diseased vessels were observed.Result There were significant differences in ECG I,II,III,AVF,V2,V3,V4,V5 and V6 between patients with left main artery occlusion or high stenosis and patients with left anterior descending artery disease(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in ECG of patients with acute coronary syndrome with different vascular diseases.The clinical medical staff can judge the condition and make the treatment plan according to the examination of patients.
