摘　　要：目的探讨大隐静脉高位缝合剥脱术前后D-二聚体表达情况。方法选取2017年1月1日至2019年3月18日厦门大学附属福州第二医院大隐静脉曲张患者23例行大隐静脉高位缝合剥脱术。手术前及术后第1天抽取外周血,检测D-二聚体表达水平。结果手术后第1天D-二聚体840(260,1700)ng/ml高于手术前89(40,204)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后切口血肿伴感染2例。结论大隐静脉高位缝合剥脱术后D-二聚体表达水平升高。Objective To investigate the expression of D-dimer before and after high suture and stripping of great saphenous vein.Method From January 1,2017 to March 18,2019,23 patients with varicose great saphenous vein in Fuzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University were selected to undergo high suture and stripping of great saphenous vein.Peripheral blood samples were taken before and on the first day after operation to detect the expression of D-dimer.Result On the first day after operation,D-dimer 840(260,1700)ng/ml was higher than that before operation 89(40,204)ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative incision hematoma with infection occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion The expression of D-dimer increased after high suture and stripping of great saphenous vein.
