摘 要:通过对冷板散热齿槽的结构特点和加工工艺进行分析,将散热齿槽的加工方法由数控加工中心立铣刀加工改进为卧式铣床单刃挑刀进行加工,在保证质量的前提下提高了加工效率。在此基础上,对卧式铣床单刃挑刀的特点、加工冷板散热齿槽的工艺路径,以及散热齿槽的结构特性、设计要求进一步分析,对单刃挑刀进行改进设计,制作成三刃挑刀。经过加工验证,加工质量满足设计要求,实现了冷板散热齿槽三刃挑刀加工,更好发挥卧式铣床多刃挑刀的加工优势,进一步提高了冷板散热齿槽的加工效率。The processing method of the cooling plate heat sink is improved from the end mill processing of CNC machining center to the single-edged picking tool processing of the horizontal milling machine through the analysis of the structural characteristics and processing technology of the cooling plate heat sink,which improves the processing efficiency on the premise of guaranteeing the quality.On this basis,the characteristics of the single-edged picking tool,the process path of processing the cooling plate heat sink,the structural characteristics and design requirements of the cooling plate heat sink are further analyzed.The single-edged picking tool is improved and designed to be a three-edged picking tool.The processing quality meets the design requirements after industrial verification,realizing the processing of the three-edged picking tool of the cooling plate heat sink,making better use of the processing advantages of the multi-edged picking tool of the horizontal milling machine,and further improving the processing efficiency of the cooling plate heat sink.
