摘  要:对刺芫荽中多糖的提取工艺进行优化并测定其含量。采用水提法提取了刺芫荽多糖,以葡萄糖作为对照品,用苯酚硫酸法测定多糖含量;对刺芫荽多糖的提取进行料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数单因素考察,并根据其结果以正交设计法优化提取工艺。优选出最佳提取工艺:料液比1∶20,提取时间150 min,提取温度80℃,提取次数2次。优化后的提取工艺方法可行,操作简单,为刺芫荽多糖的进一步开发奠定了基础。To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide and determine its content from Eryngium foetidum L.Water extraction is used to extract Eryngium foetidum L polysaccharide,and determination of polysaccharide content by phenol sulfuric acid method with glucose as reference substance.Single factor is studied on material liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times of Eryngium foetidum L polysaccharide,orthogonal design is used to optimize the extraction process according to the results.The best extraction technology is that ratio of material to liquid is 1∶20,extraction time is 150 min,extraction temperature is 80℃,extraction times is 2 times.The optimized extraction method is feasible and easy to operate,it is laid the foundation for the further development of eryngium foetidum L polysaccharide.
