摘 要:研究机场出租车的决策与调度问题,运用排队论结合元胞自动机模拟车辆通行,用熵权法改进物元分析模型,构建效益比函数,并利用Vissim宏观交通流仿真检验,给出决策方案:当前有不超过21辆车时,司机可选择排队载客,否则司机可选择空载返回;在兼顾安全的情况下,上车点应设置在距离乘车区出口7.67 m处;司机决策所依赖因素的影响由大到小依次为车辆队长、行车距离、里程计价、乘客数量、航班数量。检验的相对误差为7.3%~13.3%,小于工程要求的15%。检验结果表明,排队论与元胞自动机模型的结果符合预测,验证了模型具有合理性和较强的外部应用能力。This paper studies the decision-making and scheduling of airport taxis.By using the queuing theory combined with cellular automata to simulate vehicle traffic,and entropy weight method to improve the matter-element analysis model,a decision-making plan is finally proposed after creating a benefit ratio function and using Vissim the macroscopic traffic flow simulation test.When there are currently no more than 21 vehicles,the driver can choose to queue up to pick up passengers;otherwise,the driver can choose to return without load;in consideration of safety,the pick-up point should be set at 7.67 m from the exit of the boarding area;The factors from large to small are vehicle captain,driving distance,mileage calculation,number of passengers,and number of flights.The maximum relative error of the inspection results is 13.3%,and the minimum relative error is 7.3%,both of which are less than 15%of the engineering requirements.The simulation software verifies that the results of queuing theory and cellular automaton model are consistent with the prediction,and the applicability of the model is verified.
