摘　　要：以某教学楼为例,阐述借助Revit软件创建建筑信息模型(BIM)的具体方法:对于外形规整、构造简单的建筑构件,可采用Revit软件自带的系统族进行建模;对于造型奇特、设计复杂的构件,无法用软件提供的系统族进行模型创建时,可采用族和体量工具进行绘制;对于场地模型的创建,需综合运用测量及建筑专业知识,采用全站仪、GPS、手持测距仪等测得大量数据后,先使用CASS数字化地形地籍软件绘制地形图,再使用"子面域""建筑地坪""场地构件"等工具创建室外场景地貌。Taking a teaching building as an example,this paper sets forth the specific method of creating a building information model(BIM)with the help of Revit software:for the building components with regular shapes and simple structures,the system family built in Revit software can be used for modeling;for unique modeling and design complex components that cannot be created using the system family provided by the software can be drawn using family and mass tools;for site model creation,comprehensive use of surveying and architectural expertise is required,using a large amount of data obtained from total stations,GPS,and handheld surveying from a rangefinder,CASS digital terrain cadastral software is firstly used to draw a topographic map,and then tools such as“sub-area”,“building floor”and“site component”are used to create outdoor scene landforms.
