摘  要:研究从“创新精神”“创业能力”“情商”三维度进行分析,以高校创业孵化基地创业者为样本,通过调查发现当前高校双创人才培养面临的五个问题:高校学生对双创的认识充分,意愿较高,但创业动机各异;创新意识较强,但能动性有所欠缺;资源整合能力偏弱,且女生弱于男生;高智商而低情商阻碍了高校学生双创的发展;创业实践跟不上理论的步伐,创业平台匮乏,据此提出了五点解决对策。Based on the analysis from the three dimensions of"innovative spirit","entrepreneurial ability"and"EQ assessment",this article takes the entrepreneurs of university entrepreneurship incubation base as samples and finds that the current training of talents for entrepreneurship and innovation in universities faces five difficulties:students have strong sense of innovation and high wishes,but have different entrepreneurial motives;they have strong sense of innovation,but lack of initiative;their ability to integrate resources is weak,and female students are weaker than male students;their high IQ and low EQ hinder the development of entrepreneurship and innovation;Entrepreneurial practice cannot keep up with the pace of theory,and entrepreneurial platforms are scarce.Based on this dilemma,five targeted solutions are put forward.
