摘 要:为探究金荞麦对小鼠生长发育的影响,试验选用4周龄雌性ICR小鼠,在饮水中添加不同剂量金荞麦茎叶鲜汁饲喂14 d,其中:低剂量组添加6%金荞麦,高剂量组添加12%金荞麦,阳性对照组添加芦丁100 mg/kg,空白对照组不添加任何物质。观测各组小鼠的饮水、采食、体重、脏器指数、回肠显微结构、血常规指标。结果:(1)与空白对照组相比,低剂量组小鼠体重显著增加。(2)添加金荞麦及芦丁对小鼠脏器指数和回肠结构均无显著影响,但可增加回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值(V/C)。(3)低剂量组白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白含量显著增加;高剂量组红细胞、血红蛋白显著增加;阳性对照组血红蛋白、血小板显著增加。结论:在饮水中添加金荞麦茎叶鲜汁有助于增加小鼠体重,并在一定程度上提高小鼠的免疫水平,同时对小鼠内脏器官发育无不良影响。在该试验条件下,饮水中添加6%金荞麦茎叶鲜汁效果较好。In order to explore the effect of Fagopyrum dibotrys on the growth and development of mice.The 4-week-old female ICR mice were selected and fed with fresh extract from Fagopyrum dibotrys in drinking water with different concentrations for 14 days.Low dose group added 6%Fagopyrum dibotrys;high dose group added 12%Fagopyrum dibotrys;positive control group added 100 mg/kg rutin;negative control group with no addition.Observe the water intake,food intake,body weight,organ coefficients,ileum microstructure and blood routine of mice in each group.Results:(1)Compared with the NC group,low dose group can significantly promote body weight gain in mice.(2)There is no significant effect on organ coefficients as well as the structure of ileum by adding Fagopyrum dibotrys or rutin in mice,but a significant increase in the ratio of villus height and crypt depth(V/C)was found.(3)Low dose group can significantly increase the WBC,RBC and HGB,meanwhile;the high dose group can significantly increase the RBC and HGB,moreover;the rutin significantly increased HGB and PLT.Conclusion:that adding Fagopyrum dibotrys or rutin in drinking water was helpful to improve the weight gain and reduce the feed conversion ratio,and also gave a certain amount of improvement on the immune system,without any bad effect on the development of the internal organs in mice.In our study,6%Fagopyrum dibotrys was strongly recommended to add in mice drinking water.
