摘 要:为确诊贵州省三穗县某养鸭场疑似鸭疫里默氏杆菌感染病例,通过实验室细菌分离培养、生化试验、PCR检测及基因测序对病原进行鉴定,并进行药物敏感性试验。结果:分离细菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌;生化特征与鸭疫里默氏杆菌相符;PCR检测及基因测序与鸭疫里默氏杆菌OmpA基因同源性达100%;药敏试验对卡那霉素、新霉素、哌拉西林3种抗菌素高度敏感。结论:确诊病例为鸭疫里默氏杆菌病,可根据药敏试验结果选择高敏药物进行防治。In order to confirm the suspected case of Riemerella anatipestifer infection in a duck farm in Sansui county,Guizhou province,the pathogens were identified through laboratory bacterial isolation and culture,biochemical tests,PCR testing and gene sequencing,and drug sensitivity tests were conducted.Results:The isolated bacteria were Gram-negative bacilli;the biochemical characteristics were consistent with Riemerella anatipestifer;PCR detection and gene sequencing were 100%homologous to the OmpA gene of Riemerella anatipestifer;3 antibiotics,neomycin,piperacillin are highly sensitive.Conclusion:the confirmed case is Riemerella anatipestifer,and high-sensitivity drugs can be selected for prevention and treatment according to the results of drug susceptibility tests.
