树脂用量对人造玻璃板材物理强度的影响

摘  要:针对青花白系列人造玻璃板材骨料配方,在添加不同树脂用量的条件下,分别测试人造玻璃板材的物理性能指标。结果表明,人造玻璃板材树脂用量有一个适当比例,树脂用量过低或过高都会对板材物理强度产生影响。通过试验验证,青花白系列玻璃板材树脂合适用量为15份,板材的抗冲击强度50cm、干态抗折强度37.9MPa、干态抗压强度253.6MPa、磨损度2.3×10^-3g/cm^2等物理强度达到有关标准的要求。For the Qinghuabai series artificial glass plate aggregate formula,under the condition of adding different resin dosage,the physical performance indexes of the artificial glass plate were tested separately.The results shown that the amount of resin added to artificial glass sheets has an appropriate ratio.Too low or too high amounts of resin binder will affect the physical strength of the plate.Through the test verification,the suitable dosage of Qinghuabai series glass plate adhesive is 15 parts,the impact strength of the plate is 50cm,the dry state flexural strength is 37.9MPa,the dry state compressive strength is 253.6MPa,and the degree of wear is 2.3×10^-3g/cm^2.The strength meets the requirements of relevant standards.
