摘　　要：额部皮肤作为极佳的皮瓣供区,在临床颜面部整形修复中应用广泛。鼻再造术作为整形外科领域高难度手术之一,对皮瓣供应有着极高的要求。额部皮瓣质地优良,色泽接近面部皮肤,供区尺寸大,血供丰富。诸多优点使额部皮瓣运用设计灵活,成为鼻再造的首选供区。随着额部血管解剖研究的进展以及皮瓣移植技术的改进,使用额部皮瓣进行鼻再造的手术方法也日益成熟。如何在保证皮瓣存活的前提下,尽可能地获得一个外观和功能均正常的鼻子仍是整形外科医师努力的方向。Forehead skin,as an excellent skin flap donor area,is widely used in facial plastic repair.As one of the most difficult operations in the field of plastic surgery,nasal reconstruction has strict requirements for flap supply.Forehead flap has good texture,similar color to facial skin,large size of donor area and rich blood supply.All of the advantages make it flexible in design and become the first choice for nasal reconstruction.With the development of frontal vascular anatomy and the improvement of flap transplantation,the surgical method of nasal reconstruction using forehead flap is becoming more and more mature.How to obtain a nose with normal appearance and function as far as possible while ensuring the survival of skin flap is still the direction of the plastic surgeons′efforts.
